The grapes here come from a 40-year-old plot of Grenache Noir. The wine saw a week of carbonic maceration, whole berries in half or fully sealed tanks, before being pressed off to rest in old barrels for just under a year. A wine with wingspan, jolly rancher-like berries with a deep silkiness, and high drinkability.
